FAQ - General Questions

1. Can I race if I'm not a member?
	Yes, you may race in up to two races. All you have to do is meet us at the starting area and announce your intent to the race committee boat using VHF Channel 69.
2. How are the club fleets organized?
	Boats are assigned to one of four fleets based on PHRF rating. This allows boats with reasonably similar PHRF ratings to compete within a fleet. Currently there are 2-6 boats within each fleet. You may download the current yacht registry from the "Results & Other Club Docs" page.
3. Where is the race area
	Click on the link Map of Geneva Lake to see a map of the lake. The fleet always starts in Zone S. The course changes depending on wind direction and is displayed on the course board that is on the Committee boat.
4. I do not have a boat but would like to crew on someone's boat.
	You can sign up as a permanent or temporary crew member. Send us your Name, email, contact phone number and any pertinent information. We will maintain your name on the available crew list and any member looking for crew will contact you. Sign Up
